Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for securing new customers
• Must have good knowledge of computer skills and enter customer information in the database
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
• Handle calls from customers or clients and provide them with a solution to their queries.
• Explain the customers- based on product offers/benefits
• It is mandatory to complete the target given by the company on time.
• Promoting the products, Customer follow up
• Record customer details and details of transaction
• Contact customers to follow up on initial interaction
• Explain the product or service to potential customers
• Provide pricing details Receive orders over the telephone

Ideal Candidate
Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Hindi or English communication.
• Minium One year of experience
• You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
• You are a strong relationship builder.
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
• You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments.
